Download the App

• Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).

• Search for the taxi app by name (e.g., "Uber", "Ola", "Careem", etc.).

• Tap Install.

2. Create an Account

• Open the app.

• Sign up using your mobile number, email, or social media account.

• Verify your identity via OTP (one-time password) or email.

3. Set Pickup Location

• Allow location access so the app can detect where you are.

• Or manually enter the pickup address.

• You can also move the map pin to the correct spot.

4. Enter Drop-off Location

• Type in your destination.

• The app may show the route and estimated fare.

5. Choose Ride Type

• Select from available ride options like:

  • Economy (low cost)

  • Premium (luxury car)

  • Auto Rickshaw or Bike (if available)

  • Shared ride (if offered)

6. Check Fare Estimate & Time

• You'll see the estimated fare, driver arrival time, and trip duration.

7. Confirm & Book the Ride

• Tap the "Book" or "Request Ride" button.

• The app will find a nearby driver and assign them to you.

8. Track Your Driver

• You can see your driver’s location on the map.

• Contact the driver if needed via call or chat.

9. Enjoy the Ride

• Confirm the car number and driver name before getting in.

• Follow your route in the app.
